In our residence you will find various relaxation areas.
In addition to the swimming pool area on the second floor of the new structure, we have a solarium terrace on the first floor furnished with both sunbeds and deckchairs for sun lovers and with sofas and armchairs in a shaded area.
On this terrace, the laundry area is also available to guests, with dryer and washing machine, open 24 hours a day.
On the ground floor you will find a large veranda in the garden with table and chairs for those who wish to have lunch or dinner outdoors.
Also on the ground floor, near the children's play area, there are other relaxation areas with gazebos, sofas and armchairs, which allow parents to relax in the company of their children.
The residence has parking inside the structure and each apartment is guaranteed a parking space. For those who need it, we are also equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
New bicycles are available to customers, 24 hours a day, for both children and adults (front and rear child seats included).
